Spinal cord injury pain: Spinal and supraspinal mechanisms？ 可翻译为： 脊髓损伤疼痛机制涉及脊髓及脊髓上方的脑？ Spinal and supraspinal 有什么区别？spinal cord自不必说了。对于supraspinal，参考 http://www.nature.com/nrn/journal/v7/n11/fig_tab/nrn1991_F1.html 这个网页提到： The peripheral areas include the residual limb and the dorsal root ganglion, and the central areas include the spinal cord and supraspinal centres such as the brainstem, thalamus, cortex and limbic system. The proposed mechanisms associated with phantom pain are listed for the PNS and CNS. 可见supraspinal centre指脑干、丘脑、皮层等。查字典可知supraspinal翻译为脊髓上的，表示空间的上面，那上面自然是脑了。对于这个词的由来我并未过多考证，从语意和词典来看，应该为brain的同义词。 比如说大鼠甩尾实验主要通过 Spinal介导，而热板实验主要通过supraspinal介导。如何理解呢？ 通过以上解释不难理解：一个通过脊髓介导，而另一个需要更复杂的信息整合，比如脑的参与。 |
