The activity of anti-replication of Newcastle disease virus(NDV) of recombinant protein on Chicken Embryo Fibroblast was measured by cytopathic effect inhibition(CPEI).the results indicated that the IFN-¦Á and IFN-¦Ã of chicken had some activity of anti-replication of NDV. Mixed two proteins at different proportions to detect activity of anti-replication of NDV,the results showed that mixing the recombination proteins IFN-¦Á and IFN-¦Ã of pig(Â¥Ö÷ÕâÀïµ½µ×ÊÇÖí»¹ÊǼ¦) according to the ratio of 125:1£¬the mixture would have stronger activity of anti-replication of NDV. |
