| 采用细胞病变抑制法检测重组蛋白在鸡胚成纤维细胞上抗新城疫病毒复制的活性，结果表明纯化的鸡的IFN-α和IFN-γ具有一定的抗新城疫病毒复制的活性．将两个蛋白按照不同比例混合检测抗新城疫病毒复制的活性，结果显示将猪IFN-α和IFN-γ重组蛋白按照125：1的比例进行混合具有较强的活性． |

The activity of anti-replication of Newcastle disease virus(NDV) of recombinant protein on Chicken Embryo Fibroblast was measured by cytopathic effect inhibition(CPEI).the results indicated that the IFN-α and IFN-γ of chicken had some activity of anti-replication of NDV. Mixed two proteins at different proportions to detect activity of anti-replication of NDV,the results showed that mixing the recombination proteins IFN-α and IFN-γ of pig(楼主这里到底是猪还是鸡) according to the ratio of 125:1，the mixture would have stronger activity of anti-replication of NDV. |
