Ziprasidone is one of important antipsychotics at present.It is widely used to treat mental illness because it has higher security ,does not increase weight of patients,has no risk of metabolic abnormalities and does not increase serum prolactin levels of patients.In this paper,we have mainly introduced this new type of antipsychotic,made a comprehensive analysis of synthesis of ziprasidone and its important intermediate(6 - chloro -5-- (2 - chloroethyl) -2-- indole ketone) and conducted a simple evaluation for it. |
