| 齐拉西酮是目前重要的抗精神病药物之一，由于具有更高的安全性，不增加患者的体重，没有代谢异常的危险,也不增加患者的血清泌乳素水平，被广泛的用于治疗精神病。本文主要介绍了这种新型抗精神病药，综合分析了合成齐拉西酮及其重要中间体6-氯-5-（2-氯乙基）-2-吲哚酮的各种方法并对其进行了简单评价。 |

| Ziprasidone is one of important antipsychotics at present.It is widely used to treat mental illness because it has higher security ,does not increase weight of patients,has no risk of metabolic abnormalities and does not increase serum prolactin levels of patients.In this paper,we have mainly introduced this new type of antipsychotic,made a comprehensive analysis of synthesis of ziprasidone and its important intermediate(6 - chloro -5-- (2 - chloroethyl) -2-- indole ketone) and conducted a simple evaluation for it. |
