This experience greatly heightens my level of expertise in a variety of research methods and research facilities. I can do multi step synthesis and have already done a project containing 210 molecules of library synthesis. I am able to synthesis molecules from milligram to kilogram scale; I am experienced in handing air and moisture sensitive reagents/reactions, and familiar with protection and deprotection of alcohols, ketones and amines. I can skillful operate various reactions, for example, oxidation reaction, reduction reaction, condensation reaction, halogenation reaction, etherification reaction, grignard reaction and so on. Besides, I can skillfully operate many instruments like FT-IR, UV-VIS spectrometer and well acquainted in analyzing the compounds by NMR, Mass and HPLC. I am also able to proficiently analyze the single crystals. These basic skills have more than sufficiently prepare me for sophisticated research.

I hope this is just a portion of your PS, and whatever the English express is quite monotonic and probably will gain you little appreciation. Hope you could first read some wonderful articles on PS, and then try to fit your contents into their structures.
