This experience greatly heightens my level of expertise in a variety of research methods and research facilities. I can do multi step synthesis and have already done a project containing 210 molecules of library synthesis. I am able to synthesis molecules from milligram to kilogram scale; I am experienced in handing air and moisture sensitive reagents/reactions, and familiar with protection and deprotection of alcohols, ketones and amines. I can skillful operate various reactions, for example, oxidation reaction, reduction reaction, condensation reaction, halogenation reaction, etherification reaction, grignard reaction and so on. Besides, I can skillfully operate many instruments like FT-IR, UV-VIS spectrometer and well acquainted in analyzing the compounds by NMR, Mass and HPLC. I am also able to proficiently analyze the single crystals. These basic skills have more than sufficiently prepare me for sophisticated research. 那个好心人，帮我润色一下，这段话，自己写的不好，请帮忙！！ |
