| 以不同长度烷基链的叔胺、一缩二乙二醇、三溴化磷为原料，异丙醇为溶剂，通过溴代反应和季铵化反应，合成了Gemini型阳离子表面活性剂，反应产物用混合溶剂乙醇/乙酸乙酯重结晶后，用IR和1HNMR对其结构进行了表征。采用溴酚蓝为指示剂，三氯甲烷为分散相的两相滴定法对其含量进行了测定，所测的表面活性剂的活性物含量均超过了95%，该种方法迅速、简洁，克服了此前文献采用的方法所需标定阴离子表面活性剂标液的烦琐，节省了时间，也提高了准确度。已合成的较高纯度的Gemini型表面活性剂为胶束增溶、相行为等基础理论研究提供了重要的保障。 |

| The Gemini cationic surfactant was synthesized though the method of bromination and quaternization, using diethylene glycol, phosphorus tribromide, tertiary amine with different lengths of alkyl chains as raw materals and isopropanol as the solvent. The re-crystalizated product from ethanol-ethyl acetate mixture, was characterizated by IR and1 HNMR. The content of surfactant was determined with diphasictitration - bromophenol blue as the indicator, chloroform as the dispersed phase, and the purity of the surfactant product was more than 95%. This method is a time-saving, more efficient and accurate, as compared with the previous method from the reference. Besides, the demarcating of anionicsurfaceactiveagent standard solution in the reviously determined precedure was cancelled. The as-synthesized Gemini cationic surfactant with high purity is benefical to the theoretical research in solubilization and phase behavior. |

Structure characterization of the reaction product, recrystaled from ethanol-ethyl acetate mixture, was carried out through IR and1 HNMR. The content was determined to be more than 95% by means of diphasictitration -with bromophenol blue as the indicator and chloroform as the dispersed phase- which, is a more trouble-saving method than those demanding demarcation of anionicsurfaceactiveagent standard solution in references, and also,more efficient and accurate. The as-composed high-purity Gemini cationic surfactant guarantees the reliability of subsequent theoretical research of solubilization and phase behavior. |
