[交流] 求助关于chem comm 的所谓resubmit

投了篇chem comm，审理漫长了几个月，仲裁了二个多月，结果还是没有接收，编辑如下回来一通，感觉像是客气，resubmit感觉也没什么用，请问有没有类似经历的虫子，从几个审稿人的意见看，仲裁的意思是按照审稿人的意见修改后再投，目前的版本不行，求助！

I am very sorry that it has taken so long to reach a decision on your manuscript. Unfortunately the two initial reports contained conflicting recommendations and I then had some difficulty finding an adjudicative referee. However, I have now received a full set of reports which you can find copied below. On consideration of the reviewers' comments I feel that on balance the paper is unsuitable for publication in its present form, and that substantial revisions are necessary before the paper could be reconsidered for publication. I therefore feel unable to proceed with publication at this stage.

However, I would like to encourage you to fully address the concerns of the reviewers and resubmit an appropriately revised manuscript to ChemComm. Please note that resubmitting your manuscript does not guarantee eventual acceptance, and that your resubmission will be subject to further peer review before a decision is reached.

You can resubmit your manuscript through your Author Centre at  Click on "Manuscripts with Decisions," and then click on "Create a Resubmission" located next to the manuscript number. Then follow the steps for resubmitting your manuscript. Alternatively, follow the link below to create your resubmission:
