关于Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry的投稿状态 已有7人参与

投这个杂志已经差不多3周了，还是这个状态（见图），这是什么意思呢？大牛解疑！！！ 回复的邮件中有这样几句话：什么意思？ If you uploaded a completed and signed Journal Publishing Agreement with your submission, we thank you. If you did not upload a completed and signed Journal Publishing Agreement with your submission, the Agreement is available at http://pubs.acs.org/page/copyright/journals/index.html.
