The 3rd International Symposium on Information Engineering and Electronic Commerce(IEEC2011) serves as a forum for researchers, industry professionals, and academics interested in Information Engineering and Electronic Commerce, with the goal of fostering interaction.The conference was organized by Huangshi Inistitute of Technology, sponsored by Ternopil National Economic University,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,Wuhan University,Harbin Institute of Technology and Research Association of Modern Education and Computer Science,and supported by IEEE Changsha Subsection. The IEEC2011 Proceedings will be published by IEEE Press, and all papers accepted will be included in IEEE Xplore,and EI Compendex and ISTP.
