[交流] 【求助】均匀化处理 已有4人参与

均匀化处理的概念是什么？主要起什么作用？
跟预处理有什么区别？如果有区别的话，预处理主要起什么作用？

均匀化处理这个题太大了，^_^
我理解的就是保持在一个温度足够时间，使材料中的元素有足够的时间和能量进行扩散，减少浓度梯度，最后达到均匀。
至于预处理就是均匀化处理，然后在均匀化之后进行一些热处理工艺（比如短时，比如温度有变化），使热处理后的性能更好（毕竟成份均匀了），不会出现局部偏析

Homogenization is a heat treatment at a high temperature that enables fast diffusion while no local melting occurs. During homogenization, three things occur: (i) elimination or reduction of micro-segregation, (ii) phase transformation and/or phase modification of coarse intermetallic particles (constituents), and (iii) coarsening of fine intermetallic particles (dispersoids). Homogenization is normally followed by hot rolling. However, in rare cases ingots are homogenized in one place, cooled down and transported to another place for hot rolling, or, some materials, usually relatively pure alloys, need not homogenization. In these two cases, ingots are heated up to hot rolling entrance temperature then hot rolled. This heat treatment is termed pre-treatment. Pre-treatment temperature is equal to or lower than homogenization temperature. To summarize:

(1) Homogenization is a heat treatment to homogenize material, meanwhile, it may also be (usually is) the pre-treatment for hot rolling.

(2) Pre-treatment is a heat treatment for hot rolling, it may or may not (usually not) have homogenization effect.

Two more things:

(1) Homogenization temperature is normally higher than pre-treatment temperature, and homogenization time (soaking time) is often longer than pre-treatment time. If hot rolling is immediately after homogenization, usually we have to cool the ingot slightly down to the hot rolling entrance temperature (pre-treatment temperature).

(2) In industry, people often use words like pre-treatment or preheat to indicate homogenization, although they have slightly different meanings.
