如题,最近跟着导师后面做项目
我做的这一块是针对弹上芯片受力情况的模拟
使用的工具是Ansys12.0
由于是计算机专业的 以前从来没有接触过ANSYS软件 对力学也是一窍不通

1。首先定义了一些基本的单元,内部的是硅材质的芯片,外面是封装材料,在外围的是两根引脚,只是画了线,没有用脚本写完
2。手动对线先面扩展,后是面到体的扩展,然后沿横纵坐标复制出其他引脚,最后生成整个结构
3。再对结构进行网格划分
4。对引脚施加DOF全约束
5。在x y z三个方向上施加重力加速度值 分别使用的是10g
6。求解
求解过程中出现很多种类型的错误

我感觉还是前面部分建模部分或者是网格划分还有约束的定义上出了问题,影响了后面结果的计算,请大家帮忙看一看,因为是初学,很多问题也许犯的很低级,请大家帮帮忙,谢谢了!!!!
