Reconstitute in 100mM Acetic Acid to a concentration of 0.1-0.2mg/ml. This can be stored at 2-8C for up to 1 week. For extended storage, it is recommended to further dilute in a buffer containing a carrier protein(eg. 0.1%BSA).
1.首先，这100mM的乙酸是用蒸馏水配，还是用什么配
2.配完之后再用0.1%BSA的buffer稀释吗？
3.另外，buffer用PBS配还是蒸馏水，
