When you are old
　　--- William Butler Yeats
　　When you are old and grey and full of sleep,
　　And nodding by the fire, take down this book,
　　And slowly read, and dream of the soft look
　　Your eyes had once, and of their shadows deep;
　　How many loved your moments of glad grace,
　　And loved your beauty with love false or true,
　　But one man loved the pilgrim Soul in you,
　　And loved the sorrows of your changing face;
　　And bending down beside the glowing bars,
　　Murmur, a little sadly, how Love fled
　　And paced upon the mountains overhead
　　And hid his face amid a crowd of stars.


双鬓斑白，睡意绵绵，
　　倦坐炉旁，取此诗卷。
　　细品详读，梦回柔光，
　　昔时双眸，深邃美象。
　　叹羡汝之倩影，甚多，
　　真真假假，来去客过。
　　唯一人，爱汝之圣体，
　　虽经风霜，吾爱不易。
　　火光熠熠，汝屈炉旁，
　　低声沉吟，爱已夭亡。
　　即时即景，却上心头，
　　爱亦远躲，不知可否?

Maybe one shall get older than normal old to be sleepy.
I think if one reads a lot or does some other thing more than rest when one gets old,he/she might be sleepy more easily than people who do not do so much activities.
