摘要: 在当今可持续发展、低碳经济理念指导下,人们在开发新能源的同时,也在节约现有能源、提高能源利用率上进行了很多尝试与实践,这是因为提高能源利用率即减少能源消耗,其中,利用被动式强化换热技术以结构简单,无需外加动力等优势,逐渐成为了一种强化换热的主流趋势。 纵向涡流发生器技术就是一种有效的被动式强化换热技术。本文通过对一种新型组合矩形翼涡流发生器的换热特性及流动场速度分布进行实验研究,发现新型组合矩形翼较之矩形翼涡流发生器是一种更理想的壁面绕流元,分析发现组合翼涡流发生器的最有放置方式为反向背风放置,而且小翼角度为30°的新型组合矩形涡流发生器换热特性要好于小翼角度为45°的新型涡流发生器;通过对不同的截面进行速度场分析,发现了组合翼涡流发生器的小翼所诱导在绕流元后形成的“卫星涡”结构,并发现放置方式不同,会使“卫星涡”的位置和大小产生变化;通过对比相对于光通道,不同截面的加热板温度的减少量及其对应的速度场数据,发现“卫星涡”的作用是决定新型组合翼涡流发生器换热性能的根本原因。 实验发现新型组合翼涡流发生器是一种在阻力增加不明显的情况下显著提高换热的绕流元;通过对其流场进行实验研究,所得到的换热与流动场的对比结论对传热学基础理论研究有参考价值。 |

Under the guidance of sustainable development and Low Carbon Economy concept, people are harnessing new engery. At the same time, they may focus their practice in energy saving and enhancing the utilization efficiency of energy.That is because enhancing the utilization efficiency of energy equals energy saving. And with the different placements, the positions and sizes of satellite vortex were different. By comparing optical channel to the temperature decrease of heating plate with different cross sections and the related datas of velocity field, we also found that the satellite vortex effect was the primary reason for the heat transfer characteristics of vortex generater with a new integrated rectangular wing. 最后一段,一会儿奉上 |

Meanwhile, plentful of trial and test are devoted to saving and enhancing utilization efficiency of energy. It was ascribed to the fact that enhancing the utilized efficiency of energy means energy saving. Passive augmentation heat transfer is popularly applied to the fields of augmentation heat transfer, owing to the advantages of the simple structure and no required additional power. Longitudinal vortex generater delegated a kind of effective passive augmentation heat transfer technology. The heat transfer characteristics and velocity distribution of a new integrated rectangular wing were studied in the paper. It was found that new integrated rectangular wing is a more ideal flow unit for vortex generater as compared with rectangular wing. In addition, it is most effective placement of the generater that is placed in the lee of the wind. And the generater with 30° airfoil angle of integrated rectangular wing exhibited superior heat transfer characteristics to that with 45°of airfoil angle. Based on the analysis of the velocity fields from different cross sections, it was found that satellite vortex structure was formed behind flow element by the induction of airfoil of vortex generater with integrated wings. Because of the different placements, the positions and sizes of satellite vortex were different. Though comparing optical channel, the temperature decrease of heating plate and the corresponding related data from velocity fields, it also found that the satellite vortex effect was responsible for the preferable heat transfer characteristics of such novel vortex generater. |
