1 . Peak
The Peak feature, when switched on, isolates specified height portions of the image (peaks) from background data.我的理解是当peak=on，peak threshold value=8 nm的时候，数据中与peak相差8 nm的数据都会被过滤掉？

2. Mean
The average of all the Z values within the enclosed area. The mean can have a negative value because the Z values are measured relative to the Z value when the microscope is engaged. This value is not corrected for tilt in the plane of the data; Therefore, plane fitting or flattening the data changes this value.
Image Mean
Mean value of data contained within the image.
Mean按照我的理解是选定区域平均值的意思，Image Mean按照我的理解是整个图片的平均值，但是从图像结果明显不是。。。请问Mean和Image Mean分别代表什么？
此图Image Mean= -0.0907ang, Mean=-0.0404 nm,请问ang是什么意思？
3 Image Projected su**ce area: Area of the image rectangle (X*Y) 我的理解是图像面积 5*5=25micrometer 2
Image su**ce area: The three dimensional area of the entire image. This value is the sum of the area of all of the **s formed by three adjacent data points.
我的理解是三维面积，就是相邻三点所组成的面积，但是数据上显示也为25 micrometer2.如果正如我所想的相邻三点的表面积肯定比这大…请问Image su**ce area代表什么？
Image su**ce area difference: different between the image’s three dimensional su**ce area and two dimensional projected su**ce area.
我理解为三维面积与图像面积的差然后除以三维面积，这样算的话结果为0.但是数据显示0.144%。。。请问这个Image su**ce area difference参量代表什么？
