【求助/交流】求助BHI配方

各位虫友，刚刚涉及到微生物学实验，需要一种叫BHI（brain heart infusion ）broth，也叫做脑、心脏浸剂肉汤，不知道它的具体配方，以及需要的pH值，希望虫友们多多提出宝贵的经验。 对了，关于培养肠道致病菌的培养基（包括配方）及对应的细菌，能交流下吗，谢谢，非常感谢 |

Brain Heart Infusion Broth is used for the cultivation fastidious microorganisms, including streptococci, pneumococci and meningococci from a variety of clinical and non-clinical materials. Description: Brain Heart Infusion (BHI) Broth is a modification of the media described by Rosenow and Hayden in which infusion from calf brains has replaced the brain tissue and disodium phosphate has replaced the calcium carbonate buffer. The addition of 0.1% agar can be used to lower oxygen tension to enhance the growth of anaerobic organisms. Storage: Store the sealed bottle containing the dehydrated medium at 2 to 30.0°C. Once opened and recapped, place the container in a low humidity environment at the same storage temperature. Protect it from moisture and light. The dehydrated medium should be discarded if it is not free flowing or if the color has changed from the original light beige color. Directions: 1. Dissolve 37grams per liter of distilled/ deionized (DDI) water, heating with stirring until completely solubilized. 2. Dispense into appropriate containers, loosen caps and autoclave for 15 minutes at 121ºC (15psi). Storage:Store powdered media at RT. Opened bottles should be capped tightly and kept in a dark, low humidity environment. Prepared media should be kept at 4°C and used within a short period of time. Application: Cultivation of fastidious aerobic and anaerobic bacteria.
