[交流] Technical Check Results 求助

小弟投稿时“technical check”未通过，接着“sent back to author”，然后列出了如下的comments：

对于3）-5）我会用Endnote修改格式；2）把figure、Table单独列出来可以解决；

但是对于1），我没有明白什么意思，希望高手给予指点！！！

> 1) Avoid full justification, i.e., do not use a constant right-hand margin.

> 2) Please do not embed tables or figures within the text of your manuscript
file. Collected figure and table captions should be provided on a separate page
and the figure caption page, tables, and figures should be put in this order at
the end of the article, with each figure/table printed on a separate page.

> 3) References should be cited in the text by the name of the author(s) and the
year of publication, with the affix "a", "b", etc., used to distinguish
publications by the same authors in the same year.
>
>
> 4) References should be listed alphabetically by author's name in the reference
list.
>
> 5) References should be prepared strictly according to the Guide for Authors.
For journal articles, please adhere to the following format: surname followed by
initials, year, article title, abbreviated journal name, volume number and page
span.
