| The bought mergeration and regrouping of coal enterprises is of stragatic significance to optimization of economic structure, rational distrbution and use of the resources. The treatment of the resulted cutural conflict between joint coal enterprises is crucial to the regrouping accomplishment of nation-owned assets. For the purpose of giving an advice on complete interjection of different culture, the corresponding improved approaches were discussed in the paper. |
