| The bought mergeration and regrouping of coal enterprises is of stragatic significance to optimize economic structure, rationally distrbute and use the resources. The treatment of the resulted cutural conflict between joint coal enterprises is crucial to the accomplishment of nation-owned assets. For the purpose of giving an advice on complete interjection of different culture, the corresponding improved approaches were discussed in the paper. |
