对于共聚物B来说,相比于共聚物A,其金属基表面存在更多的树脂残渣,表明其破坏方式主要为内聚破坏,而不是共聚物A的粘接破坏!与此同时,相比于存在于共聚物C的金属基表面及树脂基表面的松散而不连续的片状树脂残渣来说,共聚物B的树脂残渣在金属基表面和树脂基表面分别所呈现的紧密堆砌的网状织构及强力变形所导致的条带形貌说明其内聚强度的增加。

However, for the coP2, there existed more polymer resin residues on its peeled metal side surface compared to that of the P1, suggesting that the failure of the co-PI2 was mainly cohesive rather than adhesive of the coP1.

Meanwhile, compared to the retained loose and discontinuous sheets of the coP3 observed on both the metal side surface and the polymer side surface, the dense netlike morphologies and the dense strips of the coP2 were observed on the polyimide side surface and the copper side surface, respectively, indicating that the cohesive strength of the coP2 in the boundary layer is much higher than that of the coP3.

Meanwhile, compared with the loose and discontinuous sheets of the residuary coP3 observed on the surface of both the metal matrix and the polymer, the residue of coP2 in the same location  exhibits a dense and netlike texture and a strip-shaped morphology which arises from the strong deformation, showing a notable improvement of the cohesive strength.
