如下图前三行，谢谢！ 0) 9, 10d: Allgem. Vorschrift: 5.lg (0.21 mol) Mg-Spane und 50ml absol. Ether envarmt man auf RiickfluRtemp. und tropft in 1.5-2h unter kraftigem Riihren eine Losung aus 8g (0.051 mol) p-Methoxybenzylchlorid in 50ml Ether zu (ggf. setzt man einige ml der Losung zu, damit dic Reaktion anspringt!). Nach dem Abkiihlen wird das Grignard-Reagens, dessen Bildung mit dem GiImun-Testl6) kontrollierbar ist, vom iiberschiissigen Mg dekantiert und tropfenweise mit der Losung von 0.025 mol des jeweiligen Chinolinons 6,7 in 50ml Ether versetzt. Dabei ist das unter a) beschriebene Farbspiel zu beobachten und somit die erforderliche Ketonmenge kontrollierbar. Schliealich versetzt man das Reaktionsgemisch mit 50ml Ether, riihrt noch 30min unter Erwarmen weiter und arbeitet wie unter a) auf. Die Rohprodukte werden in wenig Ethanol (ggf. auch Aceton) gelost und zur Kristallisation mindestens 15 h im Kiihlschrank aufbewahrt. Ausb., Rf-Werte, Schmp. und Analysen s. Thus the color change( Farbspiel?) described in (a) can be observed and therefore the required amount of the ketone is controllable. Finally the reaction mixture is treated with 50ml of ether, stirred for an additional 30 min. with heating and is worked up as (a). The crude products are dissolved in a little ethanol ( optionally acetone) and kept in a cooling tank for at least 15h to crystallization. Yield, Rf-value m.p., and analyses, see Tab.1. complete |

General procedure: 5.1g (0.21mol) of Mg chips and 50ml of absolute ether are heated under reflux, to which a solution of 8g (0.051mol) of p-methoxybenzyl chloride in 50ml of ether is added drop by drop in 1.5-2h with rigorous stirring.
