| By studying the impact of psychological pressure on university students during their physical exercises, the relationship between psychological stress status and forecasting target in different exercises is proposed, the relating psychological factors of students in exercises is further verified. The results show that, 1) physical exercises have positive influence on the sports sensation and psychological stress; 2) two different physical exercises can reduce psychological stress level more effectively, and much better effect can be obtained in target training situations; 3) the exercise time has different influence on the sports sensation and psychological stress, 12 weeks of training is much better than that of 6 weeks. |
