由于加氢异构催化剂的活性组分为贵金属,载体为弱酸性的分子筛,当原料油中硫含量偏高时易使加氢异构催化剂的活性金属中毒,降低催化剂加氢/脱氢能力,当原料油中氮含量偏高时易使加氢异构催化剂的酸性中心中毒,降低催化剂酸性。 Becouse of the active composition of hydroisomerization catalysts is noble metal,carrier is weak acid zeolite,when the sulfur content of feedstock is too high,it will poison the active mental, so the ability of hydrogenation / dehydrogenation of the catalyst will be reduced,and when the nitrogen content is too high,it will poison the acid center,the acid of the catalyst will be reduced. |
