I am a PhD student in organic synthesis with Professor *** and have passed the graduation thesis defence. I worked in “***” which have resulted in a few publications, and have continued interest to work on the synthesis of complex natural products. From attendance of your seminar at *** University in 2004, I have been thirsting for a chance to study further in your group indeed. Although you said you have no position in my contact with you. I want to try again because maybe there is some chance and I have improved myself than before. If you still have no position now, I would like to wait till 2007. It would be a great honor to work for you and I am convinced the postdoctoral experience and the training from you would be very beneficial for my future career.
