第二段中“complete an Author's Agreement for open-access publishing ” 啥意思，好像是说下载一个文件然后签名后扫描再传过去，但是这个文件在哪里下？各位投过此杂志的或经验的前辈指点一下，给个下载的页面链接和说明，会另外酬谢，呵。

望对该期刊文章发表程序了解的朋友指点下吧
