【招聘】美国亚利桑那州立大学 Biodesign Institute 招收研究生 已有6人参与

RA Opportunity Center for Biosignatures Discovery Automation, Biodesign Institute The Center for Biosignatures Discovery Automation (CBDA) in the Biodesign Institute at Arizona State University has an opening for a Graduate Research Assistant in Microfabrication for Fall 2011. The selected candidate will work with chemists, physicist, biologists and engineers on MEMS/NEMS process development, micro-device design and fabrication, and optical sensor micro/nano-patterning. Required Qualifications: 1. Degree in science or engineering and MS preferred 2. Fundamental knowledge or hand-on experience of MEMS in the design, fabrication, packaging and characterization of MEMS devices 3. Proven design, analysis, fabrication and characterization skills of MEMS related devices 4. Proven team player and innovator with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment Desired Qualifications: 1. One or more years hand on experience in at least two of the following • CAD photo-mask design, fabrication • Contact photo-lithography • Wet-chemical etching • RIE/ICP etching • Chemical vapor deposition • SEM/AFM imaging • Thin film characterization • Thick metal film electroplating • E-beam or thermal evaporating or plasma sputtering • E-beam lithography or ion milling 2. One or more years hand-on experience on polymer film (SU8, PDMS, and Polyimide) processing and characterization, such as film deposition, etch method and profiling techniques.
