两月前投稿，才收到编辑回信，意见如下： Thank you for submitting your manuscript to xxx. Your paper, referenced above, has now been reviewed. Unfortunately your paper has not been recommended for publication by both reviewers. Should you be able to appropriately meet all the comments of the reviewers in a revised manuscript I am willing to consider a new submission for publication.
