关于optics letters的审稿意见的紧急咨询(很着急) 已有2人参与

各位虫子大家好，本人现在有一篇optics letters的稿件，主题编辑给出的审镐意见意见为Manuscript Accepted with Mandatory Revisions， 评审专家只有一位，意见如下： The quality of the English and the style of exposition make the paper very difficult to read and the arguments presented difficult to follow. I appreciate the possibility that the authors may not be native speakers of English, but a careful editing of the material is essential before considering the technical content more fully. 尤其后面加了一句：技术内容的创新性需要材料详细整理后，再进一步评判。 我现在想就是认真修改，认真回答审稿人的问题。 请各位虫友给个参考意见？ 谢谢 [ Last edited by 理工光学 on 2010-10-10 at 23:02 ] |
