图 6a 给出了根据上述分析得到的各区域储存能权重因子随空间距离分布的函数曲线形式。晶界的储存能权重因子曲线的半高宽约为5个单元格子的宽度,近似为晶界的宽度。图6b给出了不同变形区域的局域自由能函数 的曲线和势阱深度。权重因子 越大,对应的自由能曲线的双势阱越深,则再结晶形核长大驱动力就越大。

翻译:
Fig. 6a shows the stored energy weight factor in all regions is a function of distance distribution curve.
The full width of half maximum of the stored energy weighting factor curve of grain boundaries is approximately 5 grid points width, namely approximately the width of grain boundaries.
Fig. 6b shows the curves of the local free energy function   of different deformation regions and their depth.
The weight factor   is greater, means the corresponding double-well free energy curve is deeper, namely the driving force of recrystallization nucleation and growth is larger.

Fig. 6a shows the curve for the stored energy weight factor in all regions, based on the above analysis, as a function of the spatial distance distribution.
The full width of half maximum of the stored energy weighting factor curve of grain boundaries is about 5 grid points' width, or approximately the width of grain boundaries.
Fig. 6b gives the curves for the local free energy function of different deformation regions and their depth.
A greater weight factor corresponds a deeper double-well free energy curve and a larger driving force for the growth of recrystallization nuclei.
