【Discussion】How to be a qulified manager?

Managerment is sth you can design and keep a suitble environment to make people achieve the settled goal effectively. To each company the manager's basis goal is creativing treasures ---to creative an environment in which people can reach the whole goals by the least time , money, material and individual's working. In other words, people in the certain environment can finish the settled goal the most by using exiting sources. In my opinion, at first he must desires to manage. A qulified manager must have the energetic emotion to do on manage, impression others and achieve success by working together with his partners.
