Managerment is sth you can design and keep a suitble environment to make people achieve the settled goal effectively. To each company the manager's basis goal is creativing treasures ---to creative an environment in which people can reach the whole goals by the least time , money, material and individual's working.  In other words, people in the certain environment can finish the settled goal the most by using exiting sources.
