IEEE Electron Device Letters 是个什么期刊？哪个国家的？被什么收录？影响因子是多少？主要出版哪一方面的文章？（希望能讲得具体一些）谢谢！我准备往这里投稿，但对该期刊的了解太少。

IEEE是美国注册的，IEEE的杂志都应该算是美国的杂志。一般来说，IEEE Transactions（IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices）的档次要高，即使有时影响因子低些。

IEEE Electron Device Letters was one of the most-cited journals, ranking number ten in electrical and electronics engineering in 2003, according to the annual Journal Citation Report (2003 edition) published by the Institute for Scientific Information.

It comprises original and significant contributions relating to the theory, design, performance and reliability of electron devices, including optoelectronic devices, nanoscale devices, solid-state devices, integrated electronic devices, energy sources, power devices, displays, sensors, electro-mechanical devices, quantum devices and electron tubes. Items are restricted to three pages and appear, on average, two months after acceptance. Please send all papers to theIEEE/EDS Publications Office.
