I am wondering if there is a strict standard system for grading when our posts are evaluated by moderators. Which kind of posts can not be given gold coins? Maybe the number of the words in the post determines the number of the gold coins you can obtain. If so, how many words on earth are the creterion for different grades?  

Of course, sometimes moderator may do not fully follow these rules which even if have been already made. You know, for some newcomers, moderators must protect their enthusiasm for visiting 'English Cafe' and saying something. In this case, moderators perhaps are allowed to give much more gold coins than usual.


In addition, how to encourage people to participate the special activity called Weekly Topic? Does this activity equal to orther activities which are initiated by non-moderator people? Is there a time limitation for a weekly topic?


Do you have other measures to attract more friends to 'English cafe'?

yes, as you think, we have rules to give coins to a post.
and for new comer to our english cafe, we would like to give a little bit more coins to encourage him or her try to say more, but it could not touch the deadline, if you do it better, we would like to give an ESEPI for congratuation. Everyone coming here are our friends, and we try our best to talk with her, maybe type to her, to communicate with her. that is involved in emotion, study, ordinary living, etc. we sincerely welcome everyone could share something interesting with us.

Then are you interested in the rules of our English Cafe and the position of moderators here? hehe...just as xuanxuan told you, we have rules. Every week we hold Weekly Topic. Because we hope you all our friends could come here to communicate with each others, and hope our English Cafe become more popular.Of course we welcome you to hold activity. Often we give bbs to the newcomers to welcome and encourage them. However we evaluat the posts according to its values under normal circumstances.

xuanxuankaoyan(金币+4):thanks for sharing the ideas with us about how to give a meaningful posts. to be frank, i almost agree with you in many points you mantioned following. while we have different study or life experience, so we maybe have different way to start or response to a certain posts. however, we would like to do better to involve more Chongzi to our various topics. It's an intresting question about the rules which seems to be forgotten or forbiden kind of,hehe^I don't think that the more you write,the better you are.Some of the topics are so meaningful but of less words,so they lost the chance to gain more coins and better grade.However it doesn't matter only if there are more attendee for it's not only a place for communicate in English only but communicate with thoughts.Of course,we have different interest and we cannot make everyone answer back to our topic.I donn't like to attend the weekly topic only because I am not interest in it which makes me no words to say about.But some of them I am in.As a result, I think the best way to attact more attendee is to think out better topics no need of more words.

hehe...I think you should believe in yourself, your English is not as bad as you deemed. And if you really make mistakes I will tell you, hehe..
