研究了纤维处理对黄麻纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料的力学性能的影响。采用硅烷偶联剂KH560、钛酸酯偶联剂NDZ201、碱处理、轻度乙酰化、氰乙基化五种方法对黄麻纤维毡进行处理。通过测试复合材料的拉伸和弯曲强度，SEM分析材料的拉伸断面微观状态，X射线衍射观察黄麻纤维结晶度的变化，研究了不同改性方法对黄麻表面及其结晶态结构的改变对环氧树脂复合材料界面的影响。结果表明：五种改性方法均降低了黄麻的结晶度，提升了黄麻与环氧树脂的界面相容性，对复合材料的拉伸和弯曲强度均有不同程度的提高，其中KH560和碱处理对复合材料力学性能提升最为明显。 [ Last edited by td60616 on 2010-9-27 at 23:56 ] |

Influence of fiber-treating on the mechanical properties of jute fiber reinforceed epoxy resin composite was studied. Treatments by the use of 硅烷偶联剂KH560、钛酸酯偶联剂NDZ201、碱处理、轻度乙酰化、氰乙基化 were carried out to optimize the properties of the composite material. The effects of these five methods were evaluated by testing the tensile and bending strength of the fibers as well as characterizing the fiber's cross micro-morphology by SEM. Furthermore, the change in the fiber crystallinity was determined by XRD. The above observations show that these modification techniques are all in favor of decreasing the crystallinity degree of the jute and improving the interface compatibility between jute and epoxy resin. Moreover, these techniques generates variable enhancements in the tensile and bending strength of the fibers. Among of them, base treating and KH560 exhibit the most notable effects on the improvement of the mechanical properties. 累死我了，翻译的应该还好了，我还下了篇98年德国人写的一篇有关黄麻纤维碱处理的文献。楼主请参考。 |
