图 2为再结晶过程中储存能的释放情况。从图中的颜色棒可以看出,红色、绿色、蓝色区域的储存能依次降低,其中储存能为0的蓝色区域为储存能已完全释放,即已再结晶区域;储存能释放区域的先后顺序为:三晶交界和晶界 小晶粒内部 大晶粒内部。
由于形变基体中的三晶交界和晶界处的储存能高,储存能释放得快,所以这些地方(图 2b和 c )储存能最先释放完;而大晶粒内部储存能最低,因此,储存能释放得慢,所以该处最后才释放完储存能。
比较图1 和图2 可见,再结晶的形核区域与储存能释放的区域有对应关系。体系储存能释放完成的时间大约在25秒左右。

Fig. 5 shows the stored energy released of the recrystallization process. The colorbar in Fig. 5 shows the color of red、green、blue represented the stored energy gradually decreased, which the blue regions indicate stored energy is 0, namely, which represents completely recrystallized. The descending order of the stored energy is: grain boundary, small grains, large grains.
Owing to the stored energy in triple junctions and grain boundaries is higher, the release of stored energy is faster, so these regions (Fig.5b and c) 储存能最先释放完. However, the stored energy inner large grains is the lowest, the release of stored energy is the slowest, 最后才释放完储存能.
Compared with Fig.1 and Fig.2, it shows that recrystallization nuclear regions in accordance with the stored energy release regions. Completely release of stored energy is approximately 25 seconds.
