| 以固废磷化渣和NaOH为原料制得Na3PO4，采用化学沉淀法将Na3PO4溶液滴加到Ca(OH)2溶液中反应制备出羟基磷灰石，再将羟基磷灰石与硫酸反应制备磷酸。考察了温度、NaOH浓度制备Na3PO4时对磷化渣中磷酸根的提取率的影响，确定了最佳条件为：在110℃质量分数为30%NaOH溶液条件下磷酸根的提取率为91.45%。同时考察了温度、液固比、酸过量系数、时间等因数制备磷酸对羟基磷灰石中磷酸根的转化率的影响，确定最佳工艺参数。实验结果表明：在反应温度75+3℃，酸过量系数1.02，液固比为2.5:1，反应时间3h条件下，磷酸根的转化率可达96.69%。 |
