以固废磷化渣和NaOH为原料制得Na3PO4,采用化学沉淀法将Na3PO4溶液滴加到Ca(OH)2溶液中反应制备出羟基磷灰石,再将羟基磷灰石与硫酸反应制备磷酸。考察了温度、NaOH浓度制备Na3PO4时对磷化渣中磷酸根的提取率的影响,确定了最佳条件为:在110℃质量分数为30%NaOH溶液条件下磷酸根的提取率为91.45%。同时考察了温度、液固比、酸过量系数、时间等因数制备磷酸对羟基磷灰石中磷酸根的转化率的影响,确定最佳工艺参数。实验结果表明:在反应温度75+3℃,酸过量系数1.02,液固比为2.5:1,反应时间3h条件下,磷酸根的转化率可达96.69%。
