| With the solid waste of phosphate slag and NaOH as raw material Na3PO4, by chemical precipitation method for spot Na3PO4 solution to the CaOH2 solution preparation of hydroxyapatite and preparation of hydroxyapatite and sulfuric acid reaction. Study on Temperature and NaOH concentration of preparation Na3PO4ʱ on the influence of phosphate residue of phosphate by extraction rate and determine the best condition is : In the second ¡æ quality score of 110 NaOH solution under the condition of phosphate by Extraction Rate of 91.45. Study on the temperature at the same time, liquid and solid acid excess coefficient, time and other factors in the preparation of hydroxyapatite influence of phosphate conversion to determine the optimum technological parameters. Experimental results show that in reaction temperature of 75 - 3 ¡æ acid excess coefficient of 1.02, liquid and solid than 2.5:1, reaction time 3h under the condition of phosphate conversion rate will reach 96.69. |
