[交流] 新手求助：是不是没有送外审？已有1人参与

6月3号投稿，6月8号以后的状态都是with associate editor-under review，9月5号通过投稿系统send-email催问了一下，回复内容如下：
Thank you for inquiring about the status of your manuscript.

After checking the records, I can confirm that currently, your paper ****, is still with the Associate Editor and reviewers are yet to be invited.  The editor handling your paper will contact you as soon as the peer review process has been completed.

Meanwhile, I would like to inform you that although the journal aims to communicate decisions to authors as soon as possible, the actual time lag for a submission varies due to a number of factors, including the responsiveness and availability of the reviewers.

Should you have further concerns, please feel free to notify me.

9月9号投稿状态变成了Submissions Needing Revision，Minor Revision，收到的修改邮件如下，是不是初稿没有送外审啊？通常情况下不是会有3-4个审稿人的具体审稿意见吗？怎么这篇稿子没有这样的具体修改意见呢？修改稿提交后是不是才送外审啊？请高手帮忙分析一下，谢谢

The first three paragraphs in Materials and Methods should be in the Introduction which should be edited for length.
Manuscript exceeds the length of 8 pages as stated in the Instructions to Authors, which see.
References should be limited to one page with older references cited to Reviews.
