新手求助：是不是没有送外审？ 已有1人参与

6月3号投稿，6月8号以后的状态都是with associate editor-under review，9月5号通过投稿系统send-email催问了一下，回复内容如下： Thank you for inquiring about the status of your manuscript. With kind regards, Springer JEO Assistant 9月9号投稿状态变成了Submissions Needing Revision，Minor Revision，收到的修改邮件如下，是不是初稿没有送外审啊？通常情况下不是会有3-4个审稿人的具体审稿意见吗？怎么这篇稿子没有这样的具体修改意见呢？修改稿提交后是不是才送外审啊？请高手帮忙分析一下，谢谢 I have received the reviews for your manuscript, "****", which you submitted to ****.
