【求助】The calculation of Nano (15 nm) WC band gap
As we all know that, the bulk WC should be metal like and it has electron structure simiar to Pt. But now I fount that when the size reduced to a certain value, it will transfrom into semiconductor. Now, Who can calculate the band gap of tungsten carbide, I can add him name in my author list.
