下面是我论文的摘要，请高手帮忙润色。 Based on the thermodynamic and thermophysical properties of bulk materials, Gibbs free energy for nanocrystals is obtained and used to study the sized-dependent melting point depression phenomenon. On the basis of the size effects on the melting temperature of nanocrystals, the thermodynamic properties of Cu nanocrystals, such as the specific heat capacity, the Debye temperature and the diffusion activation energy is investigated. The accuracy of the developed approach is verified with the available experimental data and the MD simulation results. |
