| Zearalenone（ZEN) is a kind of estrogenlike mycotoxin producted by fusarium. Zen has great harm to both the liver system and immune system and the possibility of triggering tumors. As Zen and its derivatives are common existed in agricultural products and animal feeds and have great harmfulness. Here we take a review of the extraction, purification and testing methods about Zen and made a forecast in the application prospects of these methods in traditional Chinese medicine. |
