【求助】求助單晶的培養方法已有1人参与

我只是一个本科生，跟着老师做东西。我合成的是应用于癌症治疗的顺铂的衍生物（结构不画了，反正是很常见的一大类化合物）。它在DMF中溶解，在甲醇中几乎不溶（因为用它的甲醇溶液去做电喷雾质谱几乎看不到东西），水更不溶。 现在我需要把它培养成单晶做X射线衍射，谁能指导我一下我该如何做呢？我从没做过单晶，根本就不晓得常用的方法，谢谢各位！ |

first put it into a solvent that can dissolve your compound very well. Then slowly add a poor solvent into this solution. Put the mixture several days. Due the the decrease of solubility, the compound may crystallize. |
