用过0.074mm标准筛的矿为原料,最适反应条件为:酸解反应温度为750℃,反应时间为5d,磷酸(85.56%)用量为56ml(/1g磷钾矿);离子交换反应温度为930℃,反应时间为3h,此时磷和钾的溶出率都可以达到80%以上。探讨了各阶段的反应机理,并对主要反应进行了热力学分析

For the 0.074mm standard sieve processed mineral, the best reaction conditions are considered to be 5d of acid decomposition reaction at 750℃, with a 56ml(/g kosnarite) 85.56% phosphoric acid amount and 3h of ion exchange reaction at 930℃. Both the phosphorus and potassium apparentdissolution rate can get above 80%. The reaction mechanism of every step is discussed and thermodynamic analysis is carried out for the primary reactions.
