However, the RE is increased to be 45.5% under UV light on the Cu2O/TiO2 networks by subtracting the 10.8% from the direct photodegradation and the 39.5% from visible light irradiation. Compared with the TiO2 NTs, the increase by 9% is attributed to the improved separation of h-e pairs resulting from the p-n heterojunction on the Cu2O/TiO2 photocatalyst.
