检出限的特殊意义在于可以对一个给定的分析方法在低浓度水平的检测能力进行准确地评估。半个世纪以来，人们在概念上都较为统一的接受了有关检出限的定义，但在如何正确或更准确地估算检出限的问题上，国际分析界一直存有争议。经检索，各大国际组织根据各自专业领域的实际情况，对检出限、测定限（定量限）、检测限等都作了相应的定义与规定，但都不完全相同。 在方法检出限的问题上，其基本概念也是一致的。即：方法检出限是指一个给定的分析方法，能以可靠的合理的置信水平检出被测元素的最小浓度或量。分歧是在方法检出限如何直接进行测量和计算上，目前尚无统一规定。而我们现在对于一个给定的分析方法已经能给出其不确定度预估值，因此，反过来，一旦给定一个合理的置信水平，我们就可以利用这一不确定度预估值的计算模型来找出该方法的检出限。如当我们把定量检出限定为30%的允差（95%置信度）时，我们可以利用不确定度连续传递模型来计算不同y值时的x值和dx值，取扩展因子2，然后找到其相对差为30%的点。以往之所以有分歧，就在于无法在校准曲线拟合时将不确定度进行合理有效的传递。 |

We have been able to give uncertainty estimated value for a given method, therefore, in turn, once a confidence reasonable level is given , we can use this calculation model of the uncertainty estimated value to find the detection limit. For example, when we limit the quantification detection to 30% tolerance (95% confidence level), we can use the uncertainty continuous transfer model to calculate the x and dx values with different values of y, and take extended factor of 2, then find the point of the relative difference of 30% . The reason why there are differences in the past, it lies in there's no ways to make the uncertainty deliver effectively when the calibration curve is made to fit 很荣幸为大方的问主服务 能力有限 见谅 |

| The special significance of the detection limit can accurately assess a given method in the detection ability of low concentrations level .Half a century, people are more unified the definitionon of detection limit on the concept ,but on the question of how to correct or more accurately to assess detection limit,the international analysis Jie remains controversial.After retrieval, the major international organizations , according to the actual situation in their respective areas of expertise, accordingly made the definition and provisions of the detection limit, determination limit (limit of quantification), detection limit and so , but not exactly identical. |
