| 各位大虾，小弟上个月投了一篇英文到一个期刊上面两周没回信，于是转投另一期刊，昨天同时来信（都愿接受），不得不要拒绝一家，请问谁写过回绝信，谢谢。 |

Dear editor: Please excuse me for taking some of your time. We submitted a manuscript entitled "######"to your journal 4 months ago. However, we just received your decision on our manuscript till now. In this period, some new great results were discovered, and also some statements on the formation mechanism mentioned in this manuscript are not completely right, so after carefully thinking, we are going to rearrange this manuscript and try to give more precise model.
