| 各位大虾，小弟上个月投了一篇英文到一个期刊上面两周没回信，于是转投另一期刊，昨天同时来信（都愿接受），不得不要拒绝一家，请问谁写过回绝信，谢谢。 |

Dear editor: Please excuse me for taking some of your time. We submitted a manuscript entitled "######"to your journal 4 months ago.
