| 对比大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚及大黄素甲醚标准品和大黄素甲醚母药的总离子流图，图中主峰的峰形、保留时间（5.7、9.2 、12.6 、18min ）基本一致。分别提取主峰相应的质谱图，如图4.2-3 （大黄酸标准品低能量和高能量负离子电离质谱图）、4.2-4（母药中大黄酸成分低能量和高能量负离子电离质谱图）、4.2 -5 （大黄素标准品高能量正离子和负离子电离质谱图）、4 . 26 （母药中大黄素成分高能量正离子和负离子电离质谱图）、4 . 27 （大黄酚标准品高能量正离子和负离子电离质谱图）、4.28（母药中大黄酚成分高能量正离子和负离子电离质谱图）、4.29 （大黄素甲醚标准品高能量正离子和负离子电离质谱图）、4 . 210 （母药中大黄素甲醚成分高能量正离子和负离子电离质谱图）所示。对比大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚及大黄素甲醚标准品和母药的质谱图，并根据母药低能量、高能量电离质谱图中的分子离子峰和碎片峰推断出大黄素甲醚母药总离子流图中位于5.7、9.2 、12.6 、18min处的峰对应的组分就是母药的有效成分大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚及大黄素甲醚。 |
